Dr. Dennis Ross MD is a distinguished nephrologist, educator, author, and researcher in Wichita Kansas with four decades of experience in Nephrology and Internal Medicine. He has received many accolades and awards throughout his career. After retiring from his medical practice, he has continued to work in Interventional Nephrology and Clinical Research. He earned his medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, completed his internal medicine residency with the University of Kansas Medical School, Wichita, and fellowship in Nephrology at Jewish Hospital, St. Louis Missouri. He has been involved in medical education and is a Clinial Professor of Medicine with the University of Kansas School of Medicine, Wichita. Beyond his medical career, he has been instrumental in enhancing the cultural vibrancy of the community. His dedication to the arts has helped ensure the continued success and growth of this esteemed local institution.

Dr. Joseph Galichia, co-founder of Hair by Robotics, teamed up with Dr. Dennis Ross in 2015. Inspired by his love of medical innovation, Dr. Galichia considered Restoration Robotics’ ARTAS® system to be the most advanced option in the market at the time.

Born and raised in Munich, Germany, Patrick Smith came to the US in 2005 on a full Division 1 Tennis Scholarship at The University of Missouri Kansas City. Majoring in Pre-Medicine, German and Liberal Arts, he completed those degrees in 2009 and 2010. Wishing to continue his education, Patrick earned an MBA from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 2012. Since 2014, Patrick has been working as the Director of Development at the Galichia Hospital Group. Together with two other business partners, he started Hair by Robotics on an interim basis and took over as the full-time CEO on January 1 of 2016.

MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon who joined the Plastic Surgery Center in 2006. Originally a Wichita native, she came back from New York City, where she completed comprehensive training in aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. Dr. Sprole is one of the longest practicing, most experienced, female plastic surgeons in the Wichita area, and she specializes in aesthetic surgery of the face and body as well as reconstructive surgery of the breast.

Dr. Craig Barbieri has been in private practice since 1997. He joined the Vein Clinic of Greater Kansas City in 2008 and became one of the few physicians to become certified by the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine in 2009. Currently, Dr. Barbieri also operates the Aesthetic KC, where he performs all injectable treatments personally. When Hair by Robotics was founded, Dr. Barbieri was one of the first surgeons to embrace this advancement in technology because of the value he has brought to his patients. Dr. Barbieri believes in a team concept with the patient being part of the decision-making process. He demands a family like atmosphere that is state of the art, caring, comfortable, thoughtful and fun to be around.
